B. When will I receive an order acknowledgement?

For orders placed online, you will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed successfully. Once you receive the shipment email, your order has been processed and considered complete.


C. Can I track my order after it ships?

After we ship your package, you will receive an email with the order number and a link to track delivery.


D.Why is the ordering time shown in the order history not consistent with my time?

The ordering time is based on the time zone GMT+8. 


E.How long will my order be saved if I didn't pay immediately right after placing an order?

We will saved the order for you for 24 hours. You order will be cancelled if you do not complete the payment within 24 hours.




A. How can I check my delivery status?

For registered user

  • Tracking information is available within your order confirmation email

  • You can also log in to your My SINBON account Select Order History (your most recent orders will be listed at the top of the page)


B. Will I receive a shipment notification?

Once the order has been processed and shipped successfully, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.



A. What Payment Methods are available?

For transactions in U.S. dollars, customers can pay with PayPal.


B.When will I receive a copy of my invoice?

If you need an invoice, please contact us or send an email to and provide your order number. A copy of the invoice will be sent to the email address provided on the order as well as the email address listed on the billing account.


C.I have already completed payment via Paypal, but the order status still remain "Unpaid".

The system will turn the order status into "Paid" and sent an order confirmation email to you automactically once the system receive your payment from Paypal. There might be a delay for the system to receive your payment. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours after completing your payment, please contact us.

Visit the Registration Page and enter the required information. You will receive an email confirmation when your registration is complete. Please check your junk or spam folder for missing correspondence.
